fix: ensure ContactResource languages field is documented and phone n… (#193)

fix: ensure ContactResource languages field is documented and phone numbers are always valid for OpenAPI and tests

- ContactFactory now generates valid international phone numbers
- Contact model uses correct PhoneNumber API for formatting
- Added inline documentation for languages field in ContactResource
- .gitignore updated to exclude debug scripts
